REAL ESTATE LAW
Real Estate Law is one of the three classes a student is required to pass before sitting for the New Mexico Brokers exam. This is usually the second of the series, but can be taken first. Topics covered include: ownership of real estate, real estate brokerage relationships, contracts, environmental concerns and federal laws that affect real estate. These topics are requirements of the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. Additionally, this course provides continuing education hours for current licensees.
