Broker Basics covers the following topics, all of which are specific to New Mexico and are required by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission:

- Property Management
- Real Estate Licensing Act
- New Mexico Real Estate Commission Rules and Regulations
- Other New Mexico Real Estate Laws
This course may serve as continuing education hours for current licensees.
