About Carolyn Hallett

Carolyn is an Associate Broker for Silver Sage Realty in Albuquerque, NM She brings real-world experiences to her classroom. She bought her first home when she was 22, and has bought and sold many more over the years. Homes include those placed into property mgt. 

Carolyn retired as a bureau chief for the NM Taxation & Revenue Department, after 24 years. She was responsible for supervising auditors and was instrumental in creating the successful training program that our state uses today for its auditors. 

Carolyn’s classes include: Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act; Property Management & The 3 Way Reconciliation; Wells & Septics – A Broker’s Guide To Regs; E & O Insurance – Know Your Coverage!; Taxes & Your Real Estate Business; Trust Accounts; & A Look At The Real World – Claim Studies #1. Carolyn Hallett loves teaching/training. Along with years of training with the State of NM, Carolyn also taught country western dance lessons at the Midnight Rodeo for 15 years. She worked part time in property mgt for Bill Hallett Realty after retiring from the State of NM. She is married to Bill Hallett, Realtor® Emeritus. Carolyn loves to travel the world with Bill, cook, dance, and spend time with 7 grandchildren.
